JTIS help

Could anyone steer me in the right direction on the JTIS for steering wheel removal?
Cant seem to find it covered.

It's there but very well hidden, and for some reason only shows up for specific model years.

Assuming you're using JTIS version 17:

Select vehicle type as MY2000 XK8

Using the text based navigator go to Section 2 Chassis.

Under that is Section 211-04 Steering Column - expand this to see Removal and Installation, and under that is Section 57.60.01 which is Steering Wheel Removal/Installation.

Needless to say that the first thing it does is call up another section 501-20 that tells you how to remove the airbag.

If you want to find the airbag section directly, it's in Section 5 Body and Paint (where else??) which contains section 501-20 Occupant Restraints.
