cooling fans x300

the cooling fans on my car have packed up, had a friend look at em, he checked that there getting power,suggested change fans, which i have, but still not working, any ideas wot to change next?? its a 96 x300 3.2 cheers

checked fans, there both ok, any one got idea where relay is??

There is 2 fuses in the fuse box on the N/S inner wing, ( engine bay). I think the relay is up under the bumper, N/S/F.
