XKR torque converter drain?
Discussion
Hi, does anyone know if a mid 99 XKR will have the drain plug on the torque converter? Have read that there was a change around that time for the Mercedes boxes, but not sure if Jag utilised the newer boxes that didnt have the drain facility?
Am assessing how much fluid to buy, would love to be able to get all the old out, rather than just 5-ish liters.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Can't answer your question I'm afraid ...however..
I was talking to an auto box specialist today regarding a oil change on my ZF5 box (XJ8) and he uses a machine to change the oil under pressure (via the cooler pipes) which can change 95% of the oil in the box. Price was around £250 using the Esso oil as per original spec for my box.
I haven't heard of this before but it sounds interesting !
