All of them are built to order- there are no Jaguars built to clutter up an airfield somewhere unlike other prestige manufacturers. You could have been lucky and found a cancelled order which they used for you. Ortherwise, you would have bene ina queue. Oh, great choice of car. One day, I'll have an XF

Lol I dont want a fleet, I am allowed 2 cars by the boss and one has to be a convertible (The DB9)
So if the Bentley does not sell by the time the jag arrives it will be sadly px`d (its too good to px)

Spectrum blue is a great choice - lovely colour for a great car.

funnily enough a group of us met at stoneleigh for the kit car show. one of the topics of conversation was how popular the xf seems to be. an aston owner and an m3 owner were looking to buy an xfr.
i noticed quite a few on the motorway over the course of the weekend too

When I bought a new 330Ci a few years back, the production slot was already booked by the dealer, so delivery was 3 months rather than 6. So it maybe that Jag dealers do something similar.

I quite like the radar cruise on my xkr and I thought the blind spot indicator a nifty & logical gadget when I test drove an XFR. biggrin
