XK8 Replacement arches

Hi all, confession first, I'm not a Jag owner, but my neighbour is. He's an older gentleman who, by his own confession, does not know much about the internet - never mind forumns.
He has that all so common problem you get with older cars - rust showing itself in his rear arches and the ends of the cills. The car is an R reg XK8 in green. He has organised for it to go in to a body shop in July and he is currently having no luck finding an arch repair kit or panels.
He has been quoted £600+ for a rear quarter from Jag but in my opinion he only needs the arches and the ends of the cills. The inner arches look fine.
My question; Where can he buy arches from?
