Motorola Startac

Hi all does anyone know if i can change the telephone craddle of my 2001 s-type v8 sport, great voice activation system but very old handset (Motorola Startac). I must keep the voice activation working, otherwise i would just get a blue tooth kit, not what i want to do, any ideas pls.
