Old style XK8/Rs

Now that the sale prices for these models have hit rock bottom, and that the rougher ones have fallen prey to Mr Chatham Average, when will prices rise?
Will, as can be seen from other models, the earlier cars be more sought after (for their design purity) or will the later models be more eagerly sought for their apparently better performance.

All you have to do is look at the XJS......Celebration models by far hold there price better than the earlier models to the point you will pay more for an XJS than an early XK.

You will be waiting a bit longer yet for price rise/classic status and I don't think the XK8 has yet reached 'rock bottom'. When you start seeing early XK8s at the £3K mark then you might be there as the car is then worth much less than it's compomnent parts.
