XJ40 3.6 exhaust manifold

Is there anyone out there with a rear exhaust manifold for a 1988 3.6 XJ40 I can purchase?

Failing that, anyone got any suggestions as to how I can repair my cracked one? I understand welding it is pretty difficult?
