S3 E-Type brake pad shims source

Hello,

I'm making this enquiry on behalf of a customer with a 1974 S3 E-Type (V12) who needs a full set of new brake pad shims. As I'm not a Jaguar (parts) specialist I thought I'd ask on here if anyone knows where we might obtain the shims (if indeed they are available). Any pointers greatfully received.
