X-Type speakers

I've had the rear driver's side (LHD...like that matters) speaker go out twice on my X-Type. The first time, the dealer fixed it under warranty. The second time, I decided to put better speakers in and asked the dealer about resistance. He said that the glue comes loose between the cone and the magnet.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is this as common as he made it seem?

Good question....My left side rear speaker seems to have a small problem too.

Have you found out anything since you posted this?
