Jaguar X-type 2.0 Sport Instrument cluster

My instrument cluster has been diagnosed as faulty. Random flashing lights and sometimes car wont start.

Ive found a few second hand ones am I right to assume these will need to be programmed for the Immobiliser to work or if I have the transponder from the key will it work????

Not too bothered about the incorrect mileage as its only a work horse I will run in to the ground.

Next question who can programe it anyone know a man that can for cash
