jag xtype blower fault

2003 jaguar x type 2.1 v6, digital display all working but blower and air con dead, nothing, please any ideas anyone?

Fan motor dead, check for power at fan

thanks but replaced the fuse and worked, then fuse blew. car has been sold with fault
