1st service and MOT tomorrow

My 8-year-old XF is going into Tom Lenthall tomorrow for its 8-year service and MOT.
I have to be honest, I'm kinda dreading it, as it's the 1st time it will have been looked at other than the JMD I got it from last summer.
It's MOT history is nice and clean, other than failures for tyres. It was purchased from, and serviced by, the same MD from day 1, whom I got it from. So always apprehensive when getting honest independent work done on it.
