Well I am now officially “Two Jags”.

I have bought a 2014 XF Sportbrake but have an issue with the audio system.
The car will not tune to DAB stations, it just says no function.
It tries to tune but picks nothing up, anywhere.
Jaguar are bring unhelpful.

Can any one please help ? Its the only issue on this fantastic car.

Thanks

Never had DAB but I know it's more signal-sensitive than FM. Aerial problem perhaps?

They can affect the DAB signal if not suppressed properly.

Highly likely to be the dab module. No need to take it to Jaguar dealer just find an autoelectrician local to you to swap in a new one. The new one doesn't even have to be a Jaguar part either - this is what I did when I experienced the same fault and was stuck to listening to FM or Spotify which to be fair wasn't the end of the world.

Hi did you get the issue resolved?

My wife's XF sportbrake has just developed radio issues.
DA not Woking and now nothing working in the radio.

Thanks

Do you have Apple Carplay or a wired connection phone to car audio? If so you can use the BBC Sounds/Tune in/spotify apps via your phone network which in some areas actually has fewer dropouts than DAB.

Common issue, replace the DAB module. I can't remember if it's under the passenger seat or in the boot now, but there are loads of eBay.

I didn’t get it resolved before I sold the car
