XFR/XKR advice needed

I have seen an XFR on the market with 100k miles. The problem is it has a new engine at 87k miles. This was done via Jaguar. Still under warranty until the end of this year.

Should I be concerned at all? Reassuring because it's a newer engine or steer clear?
