I had enquired about the original deal (solid paint) but as others were told there were only metallics left at a slightly higher cost. I went for the below:

Snap. Going to use this for ripping up and down the M4. I’d like to take delivery ASAP but I’ve been told February at earliest despite them being stock vehicles.

If anyone cancels could you let me know? Was kind of messed around and now I'm assuming they're all gone. Had a quote then they upped the price massively for me... I posted my initial quote and pursued in confidence then they said it was £60 more. Told me I can have a few hours to consider it, then told me it was first come first serve and 'mine' was taken.

Had seen your post in the lease thread, looks to me like they quoted you exc vat prices but put including vat on the form. If you’d have got that it’s be just under 14%... not no way ever, but really unlikely.

I got one but annoyed to miss out on solid paint as really not bothered to pay extra for metallic (or any options in general as per the leasing ethos!) but had to take it to get one which added £29 to monthlies...

I'll be even more annoyed if others have paid a lot less for metallic as surely the payment profile shouldn't make that much difference?

Forgot to ask about delivery method or which dealer it was from too.

I agree re the additional cost for metallic. Wouldn’t have spec’d it out of choice and definitely wouldn’t have gone for the Vesuvius Grey but the deal is still too good to miss out on! Even at our price it’s still coming in at around 17%.

I do have a feeling some of us were lied to re “last one left” as there’s a few of us who were told that and it also happened to be that grey - coincidence?

I also got the usual sales talk. I registered my interest over the phone yesterday evening. Filled out my form first thing this morning and by 14:00 today I was told there were only a few greys left. The fact is, it’s a pretty good deal. All the colours are pretty boring so it didn’t really matter what I ended up with.

Initially wanted to go for blue metallic and was told they had some available and proposed quote was £223 on 9+23 (8k miles). Then received similar phone call at 3pm saying there was one car left in grey only and at higher cost.

Did anyone manage to secure the deal at the original quoted price? And did anyone manage to get a colour other than grey?

Incidentally I have paid the processing fee but not received any official paperwork or email yet.

Yes I got the 'last one left' call too, should have known metallic would be the full cost of the option extra. I didn't think to ask about interior colour, whether Daytona Grey available elsewhere and what delivery method was.

Only had processing fee payment confirmation too.

Did anyone find out if cars need collected or can be delivered?

Also for pr1me your price for 10k is amortised as £299, but all other mentioned price are amortised as £301 for 8k or £316 for 10k???

I'm not too fussed about the colour to be honest. I did have a quick look online at the colour and it doesn't look too bad in my opinion. I'm just happy with the price against the cars' value and that its hit the sweet spot in terms of my budget.

I had an A6 previously and loved it so glad to be getting an updated one 3 years later.

When I spoke to them the guy mentioned a few people in the office were jumping on the deal, I think this plus the inevitable friends and family and a few lucky early punters would eat the small amount of free colours available.
