Audi A3 1.6 white smoke looks like near injector 3 and 4

I have an Audi A3 1.6 Tdi that I took to a garage with a lot of white smoke from the exhaust. Said it was an injector problem. Took it there and after a month he said he’s snapped the injector clamp bolt and couldn’t get all of it out. He then said he’s used metal bonding ( looks like hes put a small amount by injectors ) and said there’s still some blow but have it back as basically he can’t do the job properly but bodged it which I wasn’t very happy with. It’s now got slight white smoke from the exhaust and some looking like it’s around injector 3 and 4 but it’s not obvious it’s from there. From what he’s said I’ve got a engine specialist to remove the sheered bolt part that he said he couldn’t get out, re thread and put it back in. Does this sound like why there’s slight white smoke from the engine bay and exhaust ?

Does he know what he's doing? Did he charge you for sheerimg the bolt?

Charged me £100 for ruining the car. I just wanted it out of there ASAP after a month.
