Wierd A3 Immobiliser Problem - Again!

Just tried to drive my 2011 A3 TFSI manual and it started as normal but the engine cut out after 1-2 seconds. None of the dash lights illuminate yet the stereo, heating & lighting was are normal. Wipers and external lights working as normal too. Both remote keys work fine. I think I may have triggered something as I had another Audi key in my pocket at the same. I have tried battery disconnection and the google remedies to no avail. Any idea what the issue might be and possible fix? Thanks
