No.. wrong PCD... polo is 5x100... golf will be 5x112

Check the wheel figment and tyre sizes for both cars here: https://www.wheel-size.com/

You can put the sizes in to a calculator and it’ll tell you if the wheels will fit or foul the wheel arch.
