Blending a VW pearl paint

My new toy requires a bit of bodywork and i am looking at quotes at the moment from a few places.
My question is if i can expect a good match when blending a VW pearl paint ?
The colour is anthracite grey for a Lupo Gti and my main concern is that it will lose the lovely blue hue and glitter in the paint that i see when the sun hits it.
I am pretty paranoid about going ahead with a place and then being able to notice that the panels that are being painted blended are different. I dont want to ruin this lovely colour.
Most of the bodyshops i have spoken to have advised that the colour would be spot on. But im sure they would all say that.
