Hi
I have a 2015 A4 with nav etc.

Previous owners must have been addicted to phones as they are about ten, and I can’t work out how to delete them - anyone have any suggestions??

From memory I think you select each phone and delete it. Failing that there is a factory reset option that will also delete all the old sat nav destination data.

Thanks Tom,

Doesn’t seem to be an option to delete, but will have another try.

I hope that Dr G will know the answer......

Bit late i expect but I am sure you have to go into the Bluetooth menu to delete them?

You could do the full MMI reset if all else fails.

Won’t delete from bluetooth menu

Will a fill reset require new system discs/SD cards?

On my 2014 S4.

Go to; Telephone - settings - bluetooth - bonded bluetooth devices, then select the device you want and you have the option to delete.

Might be different but on my VW, to delete old phone profiles via the Bluetooth menu, you need to have a phone paired and connected to it at the time. Bit of a pain in the @rse.

Full system reset then. Who know, you may discover functions the previous owner has disabled biggrin
