Daughters boyfriend is looking at the above as a possible new car so wanted to check if there are any common issues or known problems he should be checking on prospective purchases? Mileages are around 70k at his budget.

Cam chain tensioner was an issue on this age of 2.0 TSI engine. Most people replace it with the latest updated part for peace of mind.

DSG has oil and filter change at 40k miles therefore it is worth confirming that has been done on schedule.
