Audi not adding service history
Discussion
I had a full service with Audi West London in 2019 which it turns out they didn’t add to the history. They have it on their system but not centrally with Audi.
I’ve had 2 people promise to add it but it hasn’t happened yet. Just spoke with a 3rd who equally doesn’t sound that confident.
Any ideas who I can lean on to resolve it?
Incidentally, West London Audi have been pretty rubbish. The delivery was 2 weeks late due to a problem removing a personalised number plate, car was delivered damaged and they send bits through the post for me to reattach. Great for a 60k car!

West London Audi are awful.
I bought a used/approved 2018 TT RS back in March. Immediately the sales person stopped responding to all my attempts at contact, and it took going through their complaints procedure to get anywhere.
I was brushed off after 2 days when I reported that the drivers seat was creaking with excuses as to why they couldn't look at it due to lockdown. The service history on the MyAudi portal does not match at all what Audi have on their internal system, showing only one service event 2 years into the life of the car, which does not show at all on the more thorough report they printed from their own system and even clashes with a service that took place at a different site.
When I attempted to question this, they brushed me off again with some rubbish about me having to speak to the dealership showing on the erroneous service event.
I would suggest that nobody takes their business to this bunch of charlatans. Nice shiny building, worst customer services I have encountered.
oh and when I was looking for the source of the creaking, I found a bunch of chocolate bar wrappers and used tissues stuffed behind the First Aid kit. Which was nice.

You need to get to the bottom of that if you say it clashes.Otherwise you're going to have problems when you come to sell it.
Yep west London are shocking. I travelled 150 miles to pick up an S5 I bought after being sent a video that looked ok but I was told that the car was perfect and it wanted for nothing.
When I could see it up close it was an absolute shed. Wheels badly refurbed, swirls in the paint were from a Brillo pad and the inside looked very worn for 25k.
I got my money back thankfully.
I wasn’t happy, would never use them.
