Brake pad warning light has come on, after 43k I don't think that's too bad for such a big bus!! Will buy a set of front and rears. Any recommendations on where to go to get the pads or upgrades, EBC etc...??

43 k on the pads.
I would be going OEM from the main dealers.
Shows how good they are and like you said it’s a big bus.

Did that, and got a smallish discount... don't want to say how much I've paid... but needless to say its the most I've ever pad for pads and sensors... fitting them tomorrow.. was quoted £750 to change the pads, when I enquired how long would it take, they said 2 hours!!

£750 just to change the pads and they said that's 2hrs labour, that's can't be right.

For a start with all the tools and everything ready to go it's a maximum of 10mins per corner.

OEM pads maybe slightly better, although I've seen that pads fitted by the factory are not exactly the same as the ones the dealer fit.

For the massive price difference I'd go for branded pads from ECP. Even if they only last 20k you still save £100's.

The pads and sensors from Euro Car Parts is between £300 to £400 depending upon pad choice.

So the £100 guess is way out!

Agreed Dark Star, For the difference in price it just was not worth it, so I went to Audi and I paid £361. Should be fitting them tonight.
