VW Dealership Issues - Poor Experience & Resolution

Hi everyone, just wanted to make everyone aware that I had a really bad experience with my local VW Dealer and the only way I was able to get things resolved was to get VW's Executive Office involved. My advice would be don't put up with poor quality repairs/work done by VW Dealerships and if the issues are serious and can't be resolved with the dealership in question, then get in touch with VW's Executive Office who should be able to help. In my particular case, VW's Executive Office were brilliant and all the issues on my car have now been resolved. All serious complaints with regards to specific VW dealerships are logged and a record kept of the number of complaints, with necessary internal action taken by VW UK.
