Last R8 year before GPF?

If I wanted a 2nd gen car but still with a good exhaust note, what latest year of production should I consider? Thanks.

Internet suggests GPF were introduced in October 2018 facelift. I have no first hand experience of it though

Rule of thumb, 68 on has GPF (with a small number of exceptions).
