Hi can someone help me. I want to find out what the towing limit of an Audi a4 1.8 petrol for a 98 model S reg would be.

Also if anyone has an idea what brake horse power these cars have?

'98 A4 1.8 petrol = 125BHP. Unbraked towing weight of 640KG and a braked towing weight of 1300KG.

To be safe it is recommended that you do not exceed 85% of the cars kerb weight.

1300 x 85% = 1105kg
