hi. im a newby here. just wanted to rack you audi nuts here. im trying to find the intake air temprature sensor (IAT) sensor on my audi quattro. any help apreciated. cheers

On my quattro turbo it was fixed to the intercooler. Not sure where yours will be, or if you even have one fitted.
