A few Audi A4 2.6 Q's

Just bought a 96 P plate A4 2.6 V6 manual. The airbag light comes for about 60 secs then goes out but has only done this since i moved the seats and steering wheel.
When i start the car the word OIL flashes in the odo bit for a few secs. Ive checked oil level and its fine.
The batt has been dead in the key/remote for a while, what will it cost to get it reprogrammed?
