Right chaps! I need to get some new front shocks so was wondering whether anybody had any recommendations/opinions on which Koni ones to go for. I was thinking that 'Sport Short' were best as I've currently got Koni (HiLine) Sport adjustable dampers fitted along with Eibach springs and am very happy with them. The garage said that they would choose the most suitable type but I'd like to know your thoughts.

If you're happy with what you've got then replace like for like.

I'm not a suspension engineer but common sense suggests that mixing different types of shocks wouldn't be productive (them being an aftermarket performance kit). And would require some set-up work from you to get the car dialed in.

Unless you mean changing all four dampers?

I am just changing the front ones. I can't see the HighLine ones on their site though.

Right, that's clearer.

I'd give Awesome GTi a ring and speak to them. They are very good with part numbers and products (and they're Koni agents).
