MK5 Golf R32 and MP3 options

Just bought a MK5 R32. Just wondering if I can plug an MP3 player into the stereo. If not, what are my options?

I have the Sony MP3/CD changer which works well with CD's and MP3 on CDR.

Hi there, if you have an ipod? VW make an adapter that is fitted to your existing stereo in the CD changer port (you can't have both!) This parts is fitted for £150 inclusive. Genuine VW accessory!
