Is it Possible to update my RS6 sat nav to DVD satnav

I have the old style ( I think CD based) system and would like to update it to the later style DVD nav ( I think used in the last of the old model A6's). If I could get hold of a DVD nav unit, would it fit?
Does anyone know of a specialist who could help me?

yes you can get one , it's called RNS-E , They can be found on ebay for £400-£500 .
They take 2-3 hours to fit .grizz

You'll need someone with VAG-COM to reconfirgure it to your car, but otherwise installation is plug and play IIRC after a bit of fiddling around dismantling dash/ removing glove box etc.
