sat nav issues

hi everyone, my q7 (4m) I believe has a dodgy antenna and not picking the satellites up. I believe there is somewhere in the MMI (prob secret menu) where it ells you how many satellites are bing picked up. does anyone know where the satellite menu is and how you get to it?

Could be the RED menu or maybe the GREEN one.
