Hi,

I’ve just purchased an Audi Q3 and have been trying to access the app.

After inputting my chassis number I keep getting the message “could not create vehicle”. Server error: The server sent an invalid response”.

I’ve tried rebooting the app but no joy. Anyone have similar or a solution other than contacting a main dealer?

Don't waste your time. I've never found it to be any use.

There is nothing useful to buy the App but it can tell you where your car is, how many miles left in the tank and if it is locked or not. I think you can book services and see the service history but the planned rollout of being able to buy enhanced car functionality via the App never happened.
