2020 A4 Allroad mystery noise

I recently acquired a 2020 A4 Allroad. There is an intermittent whiney noise when driving along, more so at city commuting pace.

Noise I suppose it like so sort of loud electrical pump. Turning my head either way almost certainly seems to be from the front.

Nah, did a bit of playing around last night and this morning. None of those seem to make a difference.

Guessing not a known or common thing.
