Golf 7.5 Coolant level problem

Hi all,
At the beginning of July I bought a new to me 2019 Golf 1.5TSI Evo with 21k on the clock as approved used from my local VW dealer.
About 6 weeks later I had a low coolant level warning come up on the dash. On checking, the coolant was indeed low. After speaking with the service department they said I could top up and would be ok to drive around until in was booked in about a week later. I did top it up but didn’t drive it until the day I took it in to the garage.
They said they pressure tested it with the engine both hot and cold and no leak found and if any more issues to get in touch.
I’ve since done quite a few hundred more miles and the coolant drops from max to min every 400 miles or so and have topped up the coolant twice.
It’s booked in again next week.
They’ve been professional and very helpful so far but the coolant is obviously going somewhere so I’m not really sure what my options are if they can’t find a leak. I’ll be getting a loan car for the day and I’m going to ask them to keep it and drive it themselves to confirm the fault if there’s no leak apparent.
I’m within the 6 months for the CRA 2015 but where do I stand if they decide there’s no fault?
I really like the car and just hope they find something!

Re. CRA you'd need to be able to demonstrate the fault. If supplier says there isn't one you'll need to find someone else to diagnose. Pressure test often not conclusive with such things. Hopefully with it hot and running they'll be able to trace said leak. If it really is that elusive you add a UV dye to the system then drive it for a week before rechecking with a black-light.
Do you have the VW approved used warranty and VW roadside assist?
Next time the light comes on maybe try the the roadside assist number?
I had slow coolant loss on my 2019 Golf. Contacting the dealer direct about coolant loss and a potential warranty claim was met with much 'maybes', 'dont know' and a claim they were really busy and had no available slots. It had been in the dealer for a service and they claimed they couldnt see anything
The 3rd time the light came on I didnt top it up. Phoned roadside assist and said I could see it dripping off the bottom of the car. Which was true but I exaggerated the amount. Breakdown came to me, verified the fault, topped it up and booked me into the dealer of my choice for the next day.
Car dropped of at the dealer next morning, hire car waiting for me. 4 days later, "thats your coolant leak fixed and car available for collection"
The only cost to me was the shame of 4 days in a hire Nissan Puke.
The key point in my case was the third party breakdown guy verifying the fault. Not sure you can achieve this as easily without a visible leak?

Could be the very common thermostat problem, widely documented on the internet.

The approved used warranty should cover you, if its around £1000 and some cars have had multiple replacements.
