Pack of five 3/8" x 1" bolts ARP bolts with 3/8" head from Tweeks £14.25 delivered.
There are really only 4 standard manifold bolts that you cannot get a ground ring spanner on and this is a lot cheaper than buying a pack of 16 stainless ones.
Extra bonus, being black steel, nordlock washers will bite into them.

They may be unplated, but the alloy is likely to be a good bit harder than a commercial grade stainless steel bolt.

The nordlocks definately bite better. You can see and also feel it when undoing again.

These actually look better than the stainless ones which I've used with Nord Lock washers.

With the stainless ones there isn't a single mark on the head where the washer should have bitten in.
I'm in the process of swapping my stainless bolts out because I can't keep them tight.

That is a bargain. Buying two packs is even cheaper than buying the eight pack which cost me around £38 + delivery.

The ARP bolts above have a very hard surface, this is an issue with Nordlocks because the washers work by biting into the bolt flanges and the manifold. After many re-tightening efforts I removed my ARPs and used a centre punch and hammer to rough up the mating surfaces. This allowed the Nordlocks to bite on firmly. No more re-tightening for me any more
