4.0 Pre-Cat: unterminated engine bay connections
Discussion
So while trying to identify ignition module (see other thread) I’ve discovered a number of unterminated connections.
This shows a two-cable connection beneath the distributor. Also no pipe connected to the back of the vacuum advance.

This shows a 3-pin connection buried in the valley beneath the plenum on the NS of the engine bay.
Is this “usual”...?
Thanks all ????

The round connector if it has 2 wires it will be for aircon compressor clutch. If it was 3 wire it would be for a Lambda connection.
The connection on the back of the dizzy does not have a pipe fitted.
The 2 way black connector is also for aircon. The reason Barreti can't see it is because it is normally cable tied to the chassis below the oil filter. Again you probably haven't seen it as it gets oily then covered in road grime.
