So anyway I had the fuel sender replaced by a TVR specialist and then had the hoses replaced by another but different TVR specialist. I've noticed whilst I was in the wheel arch that the U bend that goes over the lower wishbone is too far forward and the wishbone actually hits the hose under load. So I need to resolve that.

Looking at it, I'm wondering if the outlet of the tank and the inlet of the copper U bend are actually too long for the pipe to be short enough to allow the U bend to sit in the right place.

Has anyone made a successful modification to the feed between tank and pump ?

Thanks.

There have been different versions of the tank outlet but normally the outlet pipe finishes within the boot so is difficult to fit a pipe clamp. This normally leaves plenty a scope to get the U bend correctly aligned over the suspension.
