Chassis tube gauge/thickness.??

Can anyone tell me the wall thickness, of the chassis tube...Specifically, the round outrigger tube?

I think it's 16 gauge which the book says 1.4mm
Just had the vernier on some and got 1.5, maybe right allowing for the curve on the tube
