For ages I've not been happy with the lack of grunt or general floppy operation of my cars wipers.
Motaclan do an upgraded motor.
A little surgery and my new motor went in.
Put everything back together nice and snug and first test.....
Wow! Silent, much much smoother. No flopping. Blades glide and park.
Well worth the time and money.

And now I rotated the motor to have the wiring exiting from the bottom.
This picture is what made me swap the wiring round. Lol.

Can help to strip and lubricate the drive/wheel boxes too, i just wonder if over time this upgrade would put extra strain on the gearbox internals.
Its a good upgrade though, i did one on a Chim.

I found replacing the wiring on mine with thicker wire fixed the problem. I now get 11V at the motor instead of 6V!!!! Works fine.

Correction .
I also used thicker wire not a relay as first stated. Senior moment!!
