4.3 medium valve heads

just wondering if anyone has fitted 1.63" inlet 1.4" exh valves to standard TVR heads and what the results were like. My heads look really well ported and from what i've read these valves can be fitted with relatively little work, just machining of the standard seats so relatively cheap to do.
