how low do you go
Discussion
Hi.
I'm looking for a suspension which is lower and stiffer than original. 450/400 springs would be good for my taste. Ground clearance is no problem. But it should work well. Any experience with shorter dampers or something like that. Please with pics of the side few would be great.

Why?
The geometry is designed to work at the correct ride height.
Shorter dampers will lower the ride height but the suspension won't be working at its optimum.
Lower by all means but suspension performance will be compromised, just go to one of the big boys and spec what you want, £1,500.00 should do it.

The geometry is designed twixt chassis & hubs...The geometry is designed to work at the correct ride height.

Ride height is actually governed by radius of wheel + tyre

Maths is easy, unfortunately 'brains' make it complicated
