Pre-cat gearknob collar wanted - anyone got a spare?

A niggle I've had on my pre-cat ever since I got it is the aftermarket gearknob. I have sourced an original TVR one (reverse top left) but forgot that it needs a collar to hide the thread on the stick and of course support the knob in the right position! Would anyone have or know of a spare? They may be common to other TVR's too but I don't know for certain?
