What a lovely day for a drive
Discussion
My youngest daughter has applied to Derby Uni and today was the day of the open day. She's my number one TVR fan so we took the Griff up to Derby from Reading, over 300 miles today and dropped into see my other daughter who's at Birmingham Uni on the way home.
Car ran really well all day long so the maintenance work I've done over the winter seems to have been worthwhile.
Only downside was most of it was on motorways so pretty dull driving.
Great start to the year and I'm feeling a lot more confident about the TVR tour of Spain next month. 1700 miles in two weeks, bring it on.

Certainly was. Eight mile hop from home for me into Rockingham to see the TVR Speed Championship round there, followed by 90 mile trip back home
Top day and sunburned too!
