Griff Cam Video footage - North Weald
Discussion
Evening all,
It would seem I have built a reputation for Griff Go Pro footage.... Not wishing to let you down Sardonicus, here is some footage from a recent North Weald day. I don't think Dave was taking it too seriously showboating his Griff.... good fun though.

Blimey that looks like fun.
After watching the first vid I thought the route included doing a donut around the left bollard, then I watched you do it and realised you just had to go around it, not round and round and round it !
Love to see this kind of thing Matt, keep up the good work and keep posting vids of it.

Cheers Ian, yes I think Dave made his own course up.
We are always well behaved Eaglion
The sprinting scene is quite tempting Howard but to be perfectly honest I think I lack to skill to pull it off, and my car is setup for road use. When are you doing North Weald, I may come down and watch? That is a pretty impressive spec Griff in your profile

Hi Matthew, the sprinting/hillclimbing is great fun & I recon you'd do alright. We all have to start somewhere.... Just looking at your vid again, you're consistently locking your rear wheels on downchanges, ever tried heel & toeing? I find it easy in the Griff: Just use the ball of your right foot to brake & your little toe to blip the throttle. Keeps the car far more stable when braking, also allows you to trail brake into bends.http://youtu.be/Ur0iAQM5IJM?t=51s
My Griff's a road car too, did about 3K miles last year- the early morning drives to race meetings are great.
Think the North Weald Sprint is Mid March.
