Hi,

I have managed to stop the leaks on the driver’s side but still have wet carpet nearside behind passenger seat. Can’t see this particular problem mentioned on the leak thread anywhere.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this.

Thanks

Nick

Usually the hood body junction.

Have you enough overlap where the hood Velcro's to the body?

Condition of the vertical rubber seals at the window junction?

When mine did this it was coming in through the stitching in the hood which becomes porous over time. You can get various spray on treatments to stop it but my hood was old and knackered so I just replaced it.

If it's after a run it might also be the seatbelt moutings where they pass through the body (sometimes the holes in the body are rather oversized and filled with mastic that falls apart). But much more likely to be the hood.
