IS THERE LIFE ON PH? NO POSTS FOR 1.5 DAYS???
Discussion
....i think its quiet because Griff owners tend to know;
What oil to put in
What tyres to use
How to fix a blown fuse, knackered relay, dodgy alarm etc
Griff owners tend not to be fussed about;
LED lights
LPG conversions
Turbos
That said, I follow some of the threads on these topics closely - I admire the ingenuity, attention to detail (and sheer bloodymindedness) of owners who set out to improve the marque, even if its in an area that doesn't need improving!
The only problem I can see is if the number of posts drops to a level where the mods decide to combine the Griff forum with another model

I was out in mine today. Nice bit of Autumn sunshine, roads a bit damp but still a nice day to be out in my TVR
Nice one Colin. I was at the NEC Classic Car Show yesterday, but the weather here was misty, wet and cold, today raining wet and cold - think the Griff will be in the garage until we get some nicer weather. This can happen between now and Christmas, those crisp but bright dry days, can't wait for it. I do miss some of the old guard who I know have left the TVR fraternity, but there are some still around.
The trouble is PH became no fun and a lot of people decided not to bother with it anymore. I rarely post anymore because of it but I quit my TVRCC membership so don't have the luxury of being able to hide in their forums.
Long term ownership also means most of the questions have been seen before, so people get a bit jaded.
Mine is on ramps ready for me try to find the cause of another clunk from the back end.
Perhaps I should blog progress.
One other thing is how much of a PITA it's become to post photos. I used to document everything I did via photos but can't be arsed with these any more either.

I love those days - roof down, hat on
I haven't posted much because I've not done much to mine recently. I sorted out an earth problem a few weeks back but other than I've just been filling up with petrol when necessary. Don't think that would make much of a blog

I am thinking about a few winter jobs like replacing the carpet which I will do a write up on.
