Getting ready for summer and want to be sure fans are performing to their best. How should I go about testing them? They kick in fine and I have an override but in the past I had one fans only working at 70% of the other.

Swap the connectors over at at the radiator, to see if the fault moves to the other fan. If it does the problem is in the feed. Check the earth resisitance on each connector. Also give the connectors a clean up, they can get corroded.

There are gains to be had, twin relay set up also, but the big increase is with single relay set up. By topping up the supply to the fans from the starter motor supply
