Anyone read this week's? Apparently it is a 25th anniversary special issue including a full Griffith road test.

Top five: Cool cars launched in 1990

That is James Agger's own 430BV, you can see some of the article images on his facebook site.

A very nice motor and I doubt he will part with it.

I looked at the article at the weekend - very disappointed, would hardly describe it as a "road test".

Quite agree, not worth buying as not very much said and nothing new. Far from a comprehensive report more like a coffee table article.

I'd go further to say I want my 5 minutes back from reading it in WH Smith!

I'm always just happy to see the car getting coverage and called a classic!

Here here! Confirmation again. The Grifiths is still and always will be a desirable classic.
In 1996 Autocar wrote "The Grifiths is so nearly a world beater that it hurts" With a tuned LS3 transplant, traction control and ABS the same Autocar acolade would still apply today. Quite a few moded Griff LS3s about now.

All that tyre smoke Jes. Like soap on your discs! Your front offside on track could do with ABS. Your lap times would be better. Also, be a faster safer, smoother more comfortable car on wet B roads so we don't get beat by pugs, clios, golfs etc. happy motoring biggrinsmile

It's a good month for Griff coverage as there's also this DON'T BUY THAT, BUY THIS: ONE MONTH IN A POLITICAL CAMPAIGN BUS VERSUS A TVR GRIFFITH!

Same with the recent Octane price guide with prices and their perceived Griff specification. Some confusion but like politics it helps TVR and the Griff !
